Anil Gupta, CEO and Principal       

            Anil Gupta has extensive experience in enterprise software having served as the full time Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at companies such as Baan (ERP and Supply Chain), Niku (Services Automation), Broadbase (CRM Analytics), Evolve (Services Automation) and ePeople (Collaborative CRM).  At these companies, Anil led product marketing, product management and corporate marketing functions. His strengths are in helping clients with positioning, competitive analysis, market sizing, acquisition/investment due-diligence, strategic white papers and customer case studies.  Anil regularily contributes articles to leading technology publications and has lectured at Santa Clara University Business School and Stanford University School of Engineering.

Ena Gupta, Principal                   

Ena was the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Personic, a market leader in Software for Human Capital Management where she drove the definition, development and launch of the company's second product line.  Before Personic, Ena was the Chief Operating Officer of AT Systems, a $30M technology consulting firm, where was brought in to streamline their operations and package the company for sale.  Ena successfully completed her mission, with one of the highest industry valuations ever accorded to a consulting company in the $20M to $50M range.  Before joining AT Systems, Ena was a Management Consultant for six years with The Boston Consulting Group, a premier business strategy consulting firm. Her strengths are in helping clients with market sizing and feasibility analysis, competitive analysis and go-to-market strategy.
